Living without electricity

I think we have never experienced so many power blackouts in our life...since we got here there were about 10. Yesterday we did not have power from 1pm to 10pm....this means no light, no TV, no internet, no fan...fortunately we are cooking with gas..so no need to starve!

Being sick is not fun...

I have been sick for about a week. I drank the water at the school...and my stomach definitely did not like this! That was Thursday last week (today is Wednesday). I was lying in bed the entire day Friday (with fever while it was 35 degrees outside...not fun!) and since Saturday I am slowly getting better. Today is the first day I am feeling better...I cant wait to go back to school! being at home all day long can be really tiring...I guess I learned my lesson!
